Ingrid

Ingrid measures 32 inches tall from the top of her pointy hat to the tips of her toes.
She is made from cotton canvas, painted with acrylic chalk paints and stained with coffee.   I needle felted flax fiber as her hair.  I made her dress from a very old linen tablecloth.  (I know the history of the linen:   It belonged to a family here in Tennessee.  The woman who had it died in her 80's and that was 20 years ago.  She was a librarian.  The tablecloth belonged to her mother.  Though it doesn't show on Ingrid's dress, the table cloth has an M or W embroidered on it.  This worked out well because the mother's maiden name started with a W and she married a man whose last name started with an M....that's how old this tablecloth is.   I hated to cut it but it's too old and fragile to use as a tablecloth due to washing so I decided to  use it as dresses for dolls where they won't be washed and can continue on).  Ingrid's little tag reads Witch on one side and Ingrid on the other.

Ingrid is designed and handcrafted by me. Signed and dated.

Miss Molly - Handmade Doll and Pattern

~Miss Molly ~ Handmade Elephant Art Doll

Miss Molly measures 26 inches tall from the top of her hat to the tips of her toes.   I made her from cotton fabrics and painted her with acrylics.
Funny story about Miss Molly....she started out as a circus elephant and she decided she preferred Halloween so midway in her construction I had to create a new costume for her.  haha  #dollsandtheirattitudes

Miss Molly is designed and handcrafted by me. Signed and dated.

I think I have her finished! She went from a clown elephant to Halloween.
I’ll know for sure in the morning if she’s a go or if I need to continue tweaking!

Dark Soul Angel - Handmade Doll OOAK

FINALLY, I am back in the studio after our move!  We still have lots of settling in to do, which only time can take care of.   Meanwhile, I've been pulling my studio together.  While working on the space, I had Dark Soul Angel pop in my head as I held the old piece of round metal in my hand.  I had to work on her right then :)
I've got lots of ideas I want to implement in the studio for 2019 so be sure to stay tuned!

Dark Soul Angel measures 30 inches tall from the top of her halo to the tips of her toes.  She is made to hang on the wall.   I made her from cloth and made her halo from an old metal found object that I distressed a bit more.   Her heart is embellished with lots of black glitter.  Hand painted on her dress is "love".   I hand tied the french knots on her dress and handstitched the thread accents on her wings.  Her legs are chain that I distressed in the same manner as her halo.  Her hair is raw flax.   I painted her face with acrylics.

Dark Soul Angel is designed and handcrafted by me. Signed and dated. This listing is for the finished doll. I am listing her as a One of a Kind (OOAK) because a pattern is not available for this exact representation.  Her face, body, wings, arms and feet were all hand drawn without a template design to recreate from.

My Dolls are NOT TOYS and are intended for Display Only.

Thank you for following my work ♥  I hope the New Year brings you peace, love and happiness ♥♥♥
Brenda

I have her listed in my Etsy Shop.
